Delivery & returns
Every SkyLull ships free with white-glove delivery: two people carry it to the room you choose, set it up, and take the packaging — or your old mattress — away. Pillows leave the workshop in 3–5 days; mattresses are built to order in 2–3 weeks. You get a text with a two-hour window, not a vague "sometime Tuesday."
A bed needs about thirty nights to break in — and so do you. Sleep on it from night one; if it isn't right after your first 30, email us and we'll schedule a free pickup and refund the full price. You have 200 nights to be sure, which is roughly 199 more than a showroom ever gave you.
One email to contact@skylull.com with your order number. We coordinate the pickup — you never lift anything heavier than a pillow — and returned beds are donated or recycled, never resold.
The 10-year promise
Manufacturing defects in coils and foams — including visible sagging deeper than 1.25" (1.5" on Featherfall) under normal use — splitting or crumbling foam, faulty zippers and seams, and the stitching on every quilted cover. Ten years, from the night it arrives.
Stains, burns, and tears (that's what a mattress protector is for), normal softening that isn't a defined sag, beds on unsupportive foundations, and plain comfort preference — that last one is exactly what the 200-night trial is for.
Email contact@skylull.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within two business days, and an approved claim gets repaired or replaced free — no prorating, no receipt hunts beyond your original order.
